Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Orders: your email address, the products you bought and your Stripe checkout reference, so we can email your downloads and resend them if needed. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers.
• Free starter pack: your email address, whether you ticked the box to receive marketing emails (and the exact wording you agreed to), the page you signed up from, the time, and your IP address (used only to prevent spam and abuse).
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

How we use it

To deliver the products you buy, send the free pack you request, answer your messages, keep the site secure, and — only if you opted in — send occasional emails about new printables and deals. Every marketing email identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe. We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

We rely on a few service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — sending order and free-pack emails
• Microsoft Azure — website hosting and data storage
• Google Analytics — website usage statistics

These providers may store and process information in the United States or other countries, where it may be accessible to law enforcement and national security authorities under those countries' laws.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support and our tax and accounting obligations. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time, by emailing orders@pickglobe.xyz. You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
