What you're buying

pickglobe.xyz sells digital printables (planners, calendars, checklists, colouring pages and similar templates) delivered as PDF or ZIP files. Nothing is shipped. Product pages show what each file contains; previews are representative of the final download.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers. Your order is confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment. No account is needed. We only use the email you enter at checkout to deliver your order and for the purposes in our Privacy Policy.

Delivery

Download links are emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. If your email hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then email aurawelltreasures@gmail.com and we'll resend it. Please download your files promptly and keep a copy.

Licence: personal use

When you buy a template you may print and use it as many times as you like for yourself, your family, your classroom or your own events.

• You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files (or edited versions of them), or claim them as your own.
• You may not use the designs in products you sell, such as printed planners, digital downloads or print-on-demand items.

All designs remain the property of pickglobe.xyz.

Custom requests

If you add a note to an item at checkout, we'll review it and reply by email. Custom notes are requests, not guarantees; if we can't accommodate one, the standard file you bought is still delivered and our refund policy applies.

Liability

Templates are provided for personal organisation and planning. Dates, holiday lists and suggestions are prepared carefully but may contain errors, so please double-check anything important. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
