We want you to love your printables. If something isn't right, this page explains how refunds work for our digital products.
7-day money-back guarantee
Every template in the shop (all $3.99) is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If a planner, calendar, or printable isn't what you expected, let us know within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you.
How to request a refund
Email orders@pickglobe.xyz from the email address you used at checkout, and include your order details (your order date and the product name is plenty). We'll confirm and issue the refund to your original payment method via Stripe.
Digital delivery
All products are digital goods delivered instantly by email. There is no physical shipping. Because delivery is immediate, please download and try your template right away so any issue can be caught within the 7-day guarantee window.
